Plans
When does the FREE transaction quota reset?
The transaction quota resets on the first day of the month, at 00:00 UTC.
Can I upgrade from the FREE plan anytime?
Yes! If you see a sudden increase in transactions for your app, you can upgrade to a paid plan for extending your quota immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. If you cancel your paid subscription, you will still be able to use its remaining quota and features until the end of the month. Then, your app will convert to the FREE plan.
Billing
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No, the FREE plan does not require any payment details. Our partner for payment processing supports several payment methods based on your location, which you will have to enter when subscribing to a paid plan.
How does billing work?
If you decide for a paid plan, you will pay for a base subscription per application, which includes an amount of free transactions each month. If you go over that free quota, your transactions for that application are subject to usage-based billing in steps of 100. Usage is billed one month later to ensure that you already received the payout for your earnings.
Does IAPGUARD pay me for In-App Purchases?
No, you'll continue to be paid by Google, Apple or PayPal as before. IAPGUARD validates your transactions, we do not process them in terms of payment.
Is my Payment Information safe with you?
Our website is SSL secured and your payment details are transmitted to our payment partner, Paddle.com Inc. While we access parts of your personal information for fulfilling the Service, we do not have access to your payment information. Please also see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for further information.
Privacy
Do you know how much revenue my application generates?
While the App Store responses contain information about individual product prices from your app, we do not process or aggregate them in any way. Therefore, as opposed to our competitors, we do not know, and are not interested in knowing how much revenue your app generates.
Do you store all transaction data?
In order to ensure transactions are unique, their alpha-numerical identifiers are persisted to our cloud backend - not their contents. For displaying them in the dashboard, our frontend server only records the most recent transactions and wipes them out every few hours.
Do you track a user's purchase history?
For privacy reasons we do not track the history of purchases, only a user's current inventory.
Can you identify individual users in my application?
No, user identifiers should consist of a random alpha-numerical sequence of letters returned from your authentication system. Please do not use email addresses or names as user identifiers to comply with privacy requirements.
